What is it with people?! A few weeks ago a dog was abandoned at Ayr railway station with just a suitcase. Now this poor pup has been abandoned at Eastbourne station with nothing more than a take away dish as a waterbowl. I hope they track down the guy who did this fairly quickly. Apparently he left in a taxi. People who dump dogs should be penalised and never allowed to own animals again.
