Day One of Diet

On Waking – large glass of H2O

Breakfast – fat free yoghurt.  Delightfully free of everything including taste.  Black coffee

Brisk walk along five mile beach

Snack – large glass of H2O

Lunch – 2 crispbread, thinly smeared with cottage cheese. 1 indulgent cherry tomato, halved and added as garnish.  Large glass of H2O

Mow lawn, trim hedge and weed

Snack – large glass of H2O

Dinner – bland steamed fish and vegetables.  Large glass of H2O
