Another dawn under the Covid-19 Cloud. Europe is now at the epicentre of the Coronavirus Pandemic and lockdown is becoming ever closer in the United Kingdom.
We are past being irritated, or fed-up, because our frayed realities need to focus on more important things, such as vigilance and survival.
Our lives are changing on an almost hourly basis, especially the way we work and the way we communicate. When Mark Zuckerberg made his first billion dollars, he would have had no idea that Facebook would become one of the most powerful communication tools during the worst public health crisis of our generation.
Many people have successfully worked from home for years. We live in a digital age, gone are the days of the cumbersome filing cabinet. Everything can be stored is online. So why not work from home instead of renting obscenely expensive office spaces? Larger companies have been getting their heads around outsourcing staff for quite some time and the companies who have already enforced working from home, are probably wondering why their workforce needed to go into the office in the first place.
For those of us already working from home, as well as those who are self-isolating, take heart ♥. The fantastic weather we are having may be doing more than boosting our Vitamin D and taking our minds off the uncertainties for the future.

Dr Hobday is an internationally recognised authority on health in the built environment, and I with him. If we are all going to be cooped up for the long haul, let the sunshine in!
