Hate is so often fueled by religion.  How I wish it wasn’t so, then maybe I could reassess my belief. I am a pacifist and I believe there is no place on our fragile earth for gratuitous violence, especially the slaughter of innocent people, in the name God. If I pray for anything, I pray for global peace.

Get Over It: The Fear of Shovelling​ Shit

I have reached the point of no return and I am terrified.  I want to cry.  I want to run away from it. I want to read Stephen King’s On Writing … again …  on a desert island with no interruptions, because I seem to have forgotten everything he said.  

And still on the subject of wine … Is writing whilst on the waggon such a great idea?
